Steam Deck is a portable gaming device intended to rival Nintendo Switch. So what does Steam Deck cost?
We’ve got that and more of the deets. (yeah, I used ‘deets,’ because I’m that hip).
Valve’s Steam Deck continues to garner lots of gamer attention. While the official Steam Deck launch won’t happen until the end of the year, that’s only adding to the buzz.
Gamers who appreciate portable gaming devices, such as Nintendo Switch, always look for new, more sophisticated options.
I don’t see the Steam Deck as breaking any ground that its rival hasn’t already, but I do believe it turns out a pretty good system. With a 7 inch screen, Steam Deck operates with a linux base. Some critics question whether or not linux will suffice for gaming, but let’s be real, it absolutely will.
One thing is certain, the Steam Deck is going to sell. Being its creator, Valve, operates one of the largest gaming platforms (Steam) in the world, there’s going to be heavy eyeballs on this gadget.
Plus, Steam allows adult content. Catch our drift?
So… How Much Will Steam Deck Cost?
Just get to the point of the article, right? I’ll spare you the recipe site scroll madness.
Steam Deck will launch with three available options:
64GB at $399
256GB at $529
512GB at $649
So here’s the extremely good news. All Steam Decks allow use of microSD cards. This means you can easily add extrenal storage to any Steam Deck. Now, this works out great if you already have a MicroSD card. If you don’t, you’d be better off buying a larger capacity Steam Deck than buying a smaller capacity Steam Deck and a MicroSD card. You’ll pay less per GB.
One thing is likely, Steam Decks are going to end up a trendy Christmas gift, but only for those gamers who’ve been good. And given you’re lurking on a free porn game site, you probably won’t qualify. We’re just kidding (NOT).
